Teach a Class with Los Altos Rec

Do you have a special skill or activity that you would like to teach to the Los Altos community? The Parks & Recreation Department is always looking for Contract Instructors to offer new recreation programs.

Why teach with us?

• We make registration easy, the department handles all registrations through CivicRec
• If you don't have a facility, we'll provide one for you with no rental fees
• We help market programs

Becoming a Contract Instructor:  

• Complete the Prospective Contractor Packet and email the completed packet to Katy Brecher at kbrecher@losaltosca.gov
• If you're approved to teach a class, will be contacted by the Parks & Recreation Department
• Contract Instructors are required to complete a Background Check and TB Test
• Contract Instructors must provide Liability Insurance and a completed W-9
