Commissions and Committees

City of Los Altos Commissions and Committees serve as advisory bodies to the Los Altos City Council. The City currently has 9 Commissions and one Committee covering a variety of subject matters.

With the exception of the Youth Commission, all other commission recruitments will follow the same process which occurs every July and August, and new Commissioners are appointed in September or October.
