Los Altos Bike Rack Design Competition 2015

The City of Los Altos, in partnership with the Public Arts Commission, sponsored an artistic bike rack competition. This project sought to add a new element of distinctive public art to City streets and provide an opportunity for the community to think creatively and imaginatively about public streetscapes. 

The project began in October 2015 and six racks were installed Downtown in May 2016 .
