Project Description

The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Project Review application under the provisions of SB 330 to receive preliminary feedback from the community and the Planning Commission. The project consists of a new mixed-use building with 23-residentail units with 2,626 square-feet of commercial on the first story.  A parking garage with mechanical lifts and other site improvements are also proposed.
