Construction Underway at 400 Main Street

The Jeffrey A Morris Group Inc. has closed escrow on the 400 Main Street property. City staff met with the developer and contractor on Monday, August 12, 2013 for a pre-construction meeting.

Construction at the site begun with site clearing as of Monday, August 12. The two-story mixed-used commercial and residential building is expected to be finished around the holidays in 2014.
